  • Custom‑made paintball bodies
  • Accessories and related components

Because many items are custom‑produced, variations in color, finish, or fit may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Payment is required at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

4. Shipping

  • We ship internationally.
  • Delivery times vary by location.
  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than warranty eligibility (see below).

6. Warranty

Custom bodies manufactured in‑house by thegrafxguy include a 12‑month unlimited damage warranty. This warranty covers any damage of any kind, including extreme or accidental damage (for example: drops, impacts, crushing, or being run over by a vehicle).

Warranty Terms

  • Each qualifying body kit is eligible for one (1) free replacement within 12 months of the original purchase date.
  • The warranty is fully transferrable to future owners.
  • The customer is responsible only for shipping costs.
  • We do not require the damaged item to be shipped back.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase or transfer, plus photos of the damaged item.

Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Items not manufactured in‑house
  • Accessories, hardware, or third‑party components
  • Cosmetic preferences or color variations
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this site are the property of thegrafxguy and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from improper installation
  • Use of products in unsafe or unintended ways
  • Losses due to shipping delays
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of our products is at your own risk.
