2. Warranty Exception

Custom bodies manufactured in‑house include a 12‑month unlimited damage warranty. This warranty covers any damage, regardless of cause or severity, and is fully transferrable to future owners.

Warranty Process

1.            Email support@thegrafxguy.com

2.            Provide order details or transfer details, plus photos of the damaged item

3.            Once approved, we send a replacement — customer pays shipping only

4.            You do not need to send the damaged item back

3. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We do not refund or replace items lost or damaged by carriers.

Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
